Open Source License (AGPLv3)

Under AGPLv3, you are free to use, modify, and distribute New API for personal and open-source projects.

You must obtain a commercial license in the following scenarios:

Scenario One: White-labeling

• You wish to remove or modify New API's logos, branding, or copyright notices in your product.

Scenario Two: Closed-Source SaaS

• You have modified New API and wish to offer it as a service without open-sourcing your modifications.

Scenario Three: Enterprise Requirements

• Your organization's policy prohibits the use of AGPLv3 software, or you require OEM integration rights.

Scenario Four: Commercial Support

• You require official technical support, SLAs, and commercial guarantees.
